TESSA

In my section, I will focus on the design of the heritage building of Millenium Mills and the topic of Linking Physical and Social Regeneration in the context of the site.

 

The Mills, considering their heritage assets, are a challenging yet promising opportunity to draw people to the future development. It is one of the two most important buildings on site, apart from Silo D, and can be considered a landmark of Newham. This is specifically why it deserves a more detailed design and why I'll be focusing on providing the best vision for its regeneration.
