COMMUNITY
Joint venture partners Lendlease and Starwood Capital, in partnership with platform provider Commonplace, undertook community consultation to shape its plans for the first phase of Silvertown Quays. The planning application was subsequently granted approval in 2019.
Residents were invited to share their experiences and opinions on the development site and the wider Royal Docks area through the interactive map below to help gain a better understanding of local needs, priorities and aspirations.
